Destin Roofing — Storm Tarping, Repair & Replacement

Roof permits in Destin

Destin is an incorporated city in Okaloosa County, so roof permits for addresses inside city limits go through the City of Destin's building division rather than the county. We confirm the jurisdiction by address before we quote, pull the permit under our Florida licenses (CCC1329116 / CGC1535585), and schedule the required inspections.

Storm, tarp & leak response

Gulf-front and harbor-front roofs in Destin take wind from open water, and salt air works on fasteners, drip edge and flashing long before a storm arrives. After a hurricane we prioritize active leaks: tarp or shrink-wrap the opening, photograph every damaged area for your insurer, then come back with a written repair or replacement scope.

Residential repair & replacement

Tile, standing-seam metal, stone-coated steel and architectural shingle — repairs, re-roofs, and wind-mitigation-minded installs for Destin homes and second homes, including owners who are out of town when a storm hits.

Commercial roofs

Low-slope TPO, coatings and modified bitumen for condo associations, retail along Emerald Coast Parkway (US 98), restaurants and offices — with documented scopes boards and property managers can take to a vote.
