Commercial roofing and restoration
Horizon is a commercial roofing and restoration contractor based in South Florida and Atlanta. Steve Witter is President. Charles (Lee) Marcum is VP for South Florida.
We inspect, repair, replace, and restore commercial roofs. If a repair will do, we say so. If the damage is larger, we give you what you need to decide before work starts.
